Citrus honey comes from the flowers of different Citrus plants such as orange, bergamot, cedar, lemon, mandarin. It is a single-flower honey that is mainly produced in Sardinia, Sicily and in some areas of Calabria and Basilicata. With its intense scent it has a very light color that tends towards white as it crystallizes. This honey has a great aromatic intensity, between floral and fruity, which makes it slightly acidic.
